We want to thank Purdy Top Soil for the quick delivery of their product to fill a sand box I had made for my Grandsons. The receptionist was so helpful in helping me to figure out the amount of sand that I would need to fill my box. To say my boys love it, is an understatement!!

Had a landscaper offer free Retaining wall spall rocks for me to pick up, after some calculations on two 5 ton dump truck rentals, fuel, mileage from Greenlake in Seattle to our property in Puyallup, thought I would check on prices of Delivery or pickup of these same rocks for our project at Randles Sand and Gravel off 192nd and Canyon in Puyallup 2/24/2025. The staff here at Randals were extremely helpful from the time I walked in being greeted by a friendly front desk operator, not sure her name Kowie, to Ryan H. with dispatch who gave me excellent customer service offering to drive out to the Rock Quarry to personally show me their products. I would highly recommend anyone, especially homeowners to stop in here for any bulk landscape needs vs a big box Hardware store.

They gave a 4 hour window and called shortly before arriving. The delivery driver was excellent. He dropped the materials exactly where we needed. Made an order for 8AM drop off. Waited until almost 9AM no response or anything. Had to call and they forgot about it. Couldn't compensate by dropping off later in the day because it wasn't convenient for them. Great mantra of putting the customer first.**Edit**It’s nice to know that when it comes to after leaving a poor review from failure to serve, it’s a quick response with now provided resolutions and show for customer care. But when originally trying to reschedule, all alternative times were an inconvenience. Good to know.

The customer service agent was helpful, honest, and had a great attitude. He answered my questions and helped me figure out the best gravel for my needs.One important thing stood out to me about this purchase. I was quoted an estimate only because they have to weigh your load before they'll charge you. I think that's awesome because it makes me feel like I can trust that my purchase price was for the actual amount of gravel that was delivered to me.I also wanted to give Randle's a shout out for delivering to me, even though I slept through their confirmation phone call and text message. I really appreciate that they stuck to the original plan and delivered when we originally agreed on. A++ customer service and I highly recommend this company for your gravel needs!
