The staff here at Randals were extremely helpful from the time I walked in being greeted by a friendly front desk operator, not sure her name Kowie, to Ryan H. with dispatch who gave me excellent customer service offering to drive out to the Rock Quarry to personally show me their products. I think that's awesome because it makes me feel like I can trust that my purchase price was for the actual amount of gravel that was delivered to me.I also wanted to give Randle's a shout out for delivering to me, even though I slept through their confirmation phone call and text message.
